· PROFILE) As a human Yuuki sports a shorter hair style in which her dark brown locks reach her shoulders. As a vampire her hair becomes much longer reaching a point around her mid-back. Another variable in her appearance is her height, she is shorter as a human standing at about five feet. But in her awakened state she experiences a growth-spirt which gives her an additional three inches making her 5‘3“. Her frame is small, her eyes are a brown-red color, and her complexion is very fair. As far as school uniform goes, she wears the Navy outfit as she is Day Class. One article that sets her apart is her white arm band that shows she is one half of the Guardian staff of Cross Academy. Additionally, under her skirt, attached to her left thigh, Yuuki carries her weapon, “Artemis Rod”.
· HISTORY) When Yuuki was five years old, her Uncle Rido attacked the Kuran Family household seeking to take her away. In order to keep her safe, her mother Juri sacrificed herself to seal Yuuki's vampire side and erased her memory. Not recollecting any of this, her first memory is that of Kaname saving her from a Level E Vampire who tried to devour her while she wandered helplessly through a snow storm. After that occurrence she grew up as a human in the care of Kaien Cross, the man who adopted her at the request of Kaname. And despite no longer remembering Kaname as her brother, he remained an important person in Yuuki's life, becoming her much beloved savior whose visits she always looks forward to, eventually leading the teenage Yuuki to develop intimate feelings for him.
Sadly, despite having her memories sealed, as a child Yuuki experienced constant nightmares, a problem which continued nightly until Zero Kiryu joined the Cross household. As a result, Yuuki formed a strong attachment to him. She found comfort in helping Zero with his personal nightmares and unofficially appointed herself as his guardian, entering his room nightly to make sure he slept soundly, and constantly worrying about his well being. Shortly after Zero's arrival, another change occurred between Yuuki and Kaname's relationship. The closeness they once shared was lost after she witnessed Kaname feeding on a vampire classmate, Ruka, an act which both frightened Yuuki and reminded her of the difference between humans and vampires. Now keenly aware of the futility of her feelings,Yuuki chose to distance herself from Kaname. Still, her admiration and longing for him remain to this day.
· ADDITIONAL) Yuuki's Pureblood Abilities consist of:
~ Telekinesis: She has broken a few windows on several occasions when she was experiencing strong emotions.
~ Ability of Flight: By using a pair of wings on her back made of blood that resemble butterfly wings.
~ Interfere with Memory Blocking: This is through touch. and includes breaking memory spells on herself.
~ Wield Anti-Vampire Weapons: Both as a human and as a vampire.She is also able to transform the Artemis rod into its scythe form, like her mother did.
~ Blood Curing: Her blood can cure people's hallucinations and illness.__________________________________
