It was a very nice day outside to start off the weekend. Many people in the school were finding their own place to escape to, or their own place for excitement outside of the school. It seemed that the weekend was one of the few times that students were allowed to go outside of the Academy. The headmaster wasn’t as strict as he could be, so many students found themselves thankful to have a break from the school when the time came. Besides, it was far more fun to just roam about the city and get something nice to eat, and just have fun and enjoy yourself.
Kuronosuke found himself preparing his belongings to go out for the weekend. He didn’t quite care where he would go, he just wanted to find some escape from the academy. The hunter’s association was just too cruel to have him watch over the Night Class of this school. It was disgusting. He didn’t understand why he had to be stuck with a babysitting job after all.
He loathed to being forced to do the clean-up work of anything that Zero Kiryuu could miss. It was ridiculous. Then there was that human girl who was infatuated with the Night Class who actually had special permission to go over and see them! That simply annoyed him beyond belief too. It was these annoyances that he would report back to the Hunter’s Association in order to have things taken care of. So far, his reports felt absolutely useless to him because that girl, Yuuki Cross, hadn’t gotten bit yet. But, he also knew that as soon as she were to be bit and he would catch on to it that he could more than likely take action against the Night Class.
Now, however, he just felt like getting away from all of his duties. Sometimes it felt like such an impossible burden to be a vampire hunter. Kuro knew deep down inside though that it was what he secretly wanted. He wanted to play with the vampires and seek revenge on them for how much they had changed and tainted his lives. After learning some things, he found that the pure bloods were the ones that most hunters seemed to fear. To him, regular vampires were almost like little puppy dogs that would blindly obey their masters; the purebloods. The purebloods always seemed to be in another class of their own, but he hated them so much for what they had done to his previous guardian.
He had thought for so long that he could save her in some way if he kept that attack a secret, but in the end his guardian had turned into a Level E and her fiancée had killed her. He wasn’t there… But, he knew what had happened. He knew deep in his heart what had killed her and destroyed her and he lost his guardian who cares so much about him to even take him in as a small child. He was forever in her debt; even now.
He finished dressing himself in one of his casual outfits for club wear that seemed to be nice and dressy, but also quite fashionable within the town as of right now. Kuro didn’t quite care about what other people thought about different fashions. He just cared that he looked great to himself. It just so happened that because of his taste of fashion that people at the clubs tried to draw themselves near him. Of course, most people would be immediately brushed off. He didn’t want to be around people that he didn’t know or care about.
He tucked his gun into his jacket pocket and found himself placing his school badge and identification inside a wallet that he slipped into his pockets. He quickly found himself growing a bit excited to get out of the school and began to walk at a faster rate. When he had quickly found himself at the gates he smiled and showed his identification and exited them as soon as they took his name down.
He knew exactly where he was headed to. He was going to go chill at Club Skye. The music was always blasting and catchy and it was a place where you could let all of your worries just leave you while you were there. He remembered a few times where he would go there and simply forget the time and find himself being there all day since it was open twenty-four hours a day for every day of the week. It was a place to relax, but most of all it was Kuro’s sanctuary.
He entered through the doors and listened to the hum of the dance music that blasted from the speakers as he went to his normal spot. It was located in a cozy lounge area that consisted of different booths where one could sit and chat with friends if they wanted to. Kuronosuke would always go to the same one and sit there and silently listen to music. People would approach him at times and briefly sit and speak with him; on occasion they would even pull him up to dance! He however, wouldn’t pay people much mind or notice unless they interested him.
He could never truly get away from his duties though. He still kept a firm eye out for vampires in the day who were Level E who had plans of luring victims away to consume them. He had ran into a few cases of that in the past, so he could never be too sure. He felt like getting up and dancing, but at the same time he felt that it was too against his character, so he decided to avoid it all together. It was something he would debate against himself about constantly when he was there. He knew that he would simply just wait to see if he was invited to the dance floor. It seemed much more appropriate that way anyways.
He gently took a seat at his empty booth and waited to be addressed by someone who worked at the club to come and serve him a drink that he would chose. Today he seemed to be up for a hot chocolate or a nice cup of tea. Either would quench his thirst and would be his designated drink for the night. He wasn’t the type to drink underage, and alcohol just seemed to be way too bitter for his liking. He preferred sweets. He absolutely disliked things that were bitter, so at all costs he did his best to avoid nasty things like that. So, he sat at the booth resting until someone would come to interrupt his train of thought or would catch his eye.
